DoNexus was founded in 2025 by Daniel and Zeno (Cohort 17) to significantly reduce the workload of property managers through an AI-centric system to give them more enjoyment and time in their value-adding work again. They enable this primarily through agent-based process automation triggered by tenant and owner communication.
